The rare items like Highborne Soul Mirror (Druid and Priest Statue Set etc.......) have a GCD. It's kinda "meant" to be fun item(s) and usually they're macroed to stuff like HS or some trinkets on use and what not.
They shouldn't have a GCD for this to be possible.

There is currently a problem with achievements. Because I and other people found artifacts before the achievements were fixed, they don't count towards achievements like: Diggerest. Even if I create the same artifact it won't count towards the achievement because it isn't "unique" since one has already been created, even if the creation was never counted towards the achievement.
For Diggerest this will be a problem since there are only 107 unique artifacts and you need 100 for the achievement.

Will the achievement properly record previous artifacts when the Completed Artifacts journal is fixed?

Tol'vir dig sites are very rare now. I do believe there should be either one Tol'vir dig site up all the time at 450+, or the chance for it popping should be much higher - Based on people who declare only farming Tol'vir for the Scepter ( http://www.wowhead.com/item=64883#comments - comments)

Example number of solves from someone:

Dwarf: 9
Draenei: 1
Fossil: 128
Night Elf: 159
Nerubian: 1
Orc: 2
Tol'Vir: 116
Troll: 44
Vrykul: 1

Currently, While leveling up Archa, I'm trying only to gather Tol'vir digsites, but I'm at 515 without being able to complete a single Tol'vir solve, and doing a lot of night elf/troll/fossil ones in the process.

There are no level/skill requirements for the recipes, but I don't mind that I also heard you're aware of it and announced it to be fixed after the initial outburst of people leveling.

Other than that, it's amazing, thanks for this, had fun even though people complain it's boring

In the whole world, surely there is someone somewhere who's crazy enough/loves his fury warrior enough to farm for -2- zin'rokhs.

I just noticed Wowhead says Zin'rokh, Destroyer of Worlds is Unique, so that'd mean you can't have more than one on a character. I guess there goes the idea for dual wielding

vezi ca nu ai inteles ca aia aveau sabia de lvl 85 si sabia de lvl 60 in dual whield ... fiind unique nu poti sa ai mai mult de 1 in bag oricum

Ai pus runa pe ea? Vad ca acum nu mai are, dar ai pus la un moment dat? Ca din cate am inteles de acolo e bugul. O data ce pui o runa de dk devine soulbound.

Just spoke with a friend about this, he used to play cataclysm on retail from 4.0.1 until now and he said that he would get a tol'vir site every 5-6 dig sites.

poi da am avut runa de dk pe ea, dar aseara a incercat un GM sa o trimita cu runa de la dk si a mers(asa mi-a spus in tiket)...va rog rezolvati aceasta problema caci imi doresc arma inapoi pe paladin...pls ajutati-ma!!!
