Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Patesc de multe ori in arena ca mage sa pierd petul sau sa ma folosesc de iceblock, iar cand sunt nevoit sa dau cold snap pentru reset realizez ca inca am cd ori pe iceblock, ori pe pet ori pe icyveins etc...(aceeas problema am observat.o si la rogue cu preparation).

Pai si totusi daca se stie ca e de la addons- un pas in plus pentru fix:D doar nu o sa punem conditie la magii si rogues sa nu joace cu addons daca vor sa aibe cele 2 talente fully operational.

Eu am mai multe addonuri : extra bars, UI, casting bars etc. si nu am probleme. Daca tu doar de la Juked te astepti sa intampini probleme, eu zic ca e dincolo de addons chichita.
Deci eu nu cred ca e de la addons.

well nu e nici de la charul respectiv....pe 5 magi diferiti am patit sa dau cold snap si sa raman cu un cd neresetat, o sa revin cu niste poze sa clarific mai bine.
Also am jucat fara addons the past days si am avut aceeas problema/ nu e de la addons, ori e game related( adica jocul instalat ) ori e de la server.

Si mie mi se intampla sa dau cold snap si sa nu mi se reseteze cd la pet , ice block sau DF. Deci bug major !!

de ce compari cold snap cu preparation? lol... preparation nu reseteaza toate cd...
depinde ce si cum castezi si intervalul de timp pana cand dai cold snap.

:|omule nu intelegi ca nu imi reseteaza cdul? sti ce e ala cd? am intrat azi in arena vs comp shamy dudu, a inceput dudul sa imi dea pe pet am dat dismis + cold snap si nu mi-a resetat nici petul nici ring of frost care erau pe cd, si am comparat pt ca asa se intampla si la preparation sa nu iti reseteze cdurile care sunt trecute in spell information, gen vanish.
Ia spune am hipotermia si la pet si la ring of frost? si nu e de la nici un addon cum spune mai sus-am mai testat asta, daca ar fi de la ceva addon inseamna ca as putea accesa baza de date cu un addon ? sa folosesc un addon sa imi modifice un spell? nu prea cred- un addon nu iti modifica pachetele trimise de server.
Also mai zis odata, asta se intampla doar uneori! dar si cand se intampla iti scad shansele foarte mult de castig.
Cred ca acest bug e related si cu cel de apare uneori dupa un duel de nu ti.a resetat toate cdurile si chiar daca dai /duel /forfeit nu iti va reseta cdul pana nu trece.

Cold Snap should simply read "(...)finishes the cooldown on all your frost spells.", as the current tooltip is incredibly misleading.

It does not matter how recently you used your frost spells, as this will always reset the cooldown in question. I've tested it myself. I figured I'd post this as I couldn't find information ANYWHERE on the specifics of what "recent" meant.
