Didn't get the vote points :( - please look into this

Here is my status:

Account: Capmoq
Chars:
Capit (always been on Exodus realm) - 5 days 7 hours played time.
Capmoq (recently transferred from Genesis realm to Exodus realm) - 2 days 17 hours play time (most of it is from Genesis).
Capmoq (recently transferred from Exodus realm to Genesis realm) - 8 days 8 hours play time (at least 7 of it is from Exodus)(38 hours total).

Account Cap565
Chars:
Plight (always been on Exodus realm) - 4 days 9 hours play time.
Celene (recently transferred to Genesis realm) - 7 days 16 hours play time (23 days total).
Delight (always been on Exodus realm) - 7 days 11 hours play time.

I have been playing on this server for long time and I was really looking forward to get those vote points.
I have been voting every day and been advertising the server since WOTLK (I had over 1k friend invites). Plus I have reported countless bugs.
Can you please give them to me?

What condition did I not meet? Both accounts have more than 15 days played on Exodus realm + I have voted more than 10 times on both.

Did you not mention that this is for the reward for I quote "The vote points were only meant to players that were playing here in APRIL-MAY because of serious technical problems, not for new players." I was playing ONLY on Exodus realm back then and I do meet the conditions (I went partly to Genesis 1 month ago and you yourself did the transfer). Ok if you don't count my warlock then why didn't I get anything for my second Cap565 account?

Hello, I have the same problem. I'm at the end of a long time, I will not lie to much, but in April and May, I attended, was going through hard times like everyone else. I vote from the beginning, they even bought the mount. We're playing with my boyfriend, and go without each other rarely.He was given the bonus points to vote, but I do not, though he rarely voted and I climb out of their way to accumulate on the mounts. Nothing wrong with it. People on Genesis/Evolution unlike on Exodus, were not affected by that "neverending" ddos.

I am sorry, you are 100% not the only one in this situation. We will not investigate which character did or did not, which one was supposed to be eligible or not. We announced certain conditions, you should've stayed on Exodus.
