why does banning go so slow

this speedo fly hacker Ghostwarior keep showing up in bg's.
i know for a fact that shitload people .gmn Ghostwarior speed+flyhack, days pass and still he keep showing up in bg's, wich mostly wont take to long.
like a wsg where he scores 3 flags within 30 sec.

same with a drood called "wrex" is the 4th day in a row i see him teleport hacking in bgs


the problems is that we dont have GMs/Dont have enought GMS at the nigth times (time zone GMT-7, hours: 10pm - 4 am)

And I myself have seen him couple times doing mentioned stuff, mainly teleporting away on AB when he was about to die.
Also I see people QQing in global about him daily.

The banhammer is really heavy so a team is required to operate a series of very complicated hydraulic machines in order to lift it above someone. This is why it takes so long.

been reporting the same hacker (wrex) about 40 times , he kept doing the same teleport hacking in 3 bgs in a row (seen him hacking for 5 days now) and no gm ever banned him

imho they should just remove GMs that are not doing they job and call new ones.

why do people forget so easily that it is not their job to wipe everybody's asses or wipe away their tears every time they have a complaint. Being a gm on a private server is aggrivating enough as it is lol try juggling tickets, complaints, monitoring global chat and fixing issues on the forums at the same time and then get bitched at by somebody bcuz u didnt fix their problems fast enough. it isnt the staff's fault that alot of ppl would rather spam commands ingame than record the player hacking ingame and posting it on the forums where it can be seen all times of day. if you want your problems fixed work with the ppl who are taking the time out of their day to volunteer to fix your problems.

if someone doesnt have the time then they shouldnt be GMs

my points is: if they cant fulfill their responsibilities on exodus then they should just step down and let other do it

the OP was aking: "why does banning go so slow" , the answer is simple: we dont have enought GMs on exodus, the ones we do have (i have seen 2 diferent GMs only) are rarely online or they spend their time in their non GM chars ( .gm ingame returns 0 ) or they are not even playing on exodus
