Random gear in Outlands has +0 stats

All of the loot that has random stats always has one stat that is +0. The only thing it is good for is disenchanting. Asked another in-game player if they had that problem and they said they didn't. I've tied clearing my cache and tuned off all the addons to no avail. Anyone know what's going on?

Does it only say it has 0 stats or does it give no stats when you equip it? There's a visual bug which causes gear to show that it adds 0 stats when it actually adds the according amount. However if the gear actually adds no stats it's the first case I've heard of.

It must be a client-side bug (or no private server has bothered to fix it), a easy way to get around this issue is to /w yourself a link of that item.

That is only a client side visual bug(even if it writes +0 the stats apply. The only thing I can recommend is downloading the client again from the website via torrents,
