Daca ar avea casterii 75% din start reduced pushback .. eu ca mag ce fac ? am 145 % ?... Nu fac decat referire la acest talent ... in rest habar n-am ...

Yes it's a confirmed bug. All casters (when Cataclysm went live) should have passive pushback reduction of 70%.

EDIT: That's the main reason why I didn't go to Molten. Because those idiots still haven't implemented it 8)
