Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Acel NPC ar trebui sa dea quest item-ul in urma folosirii unei optiuni-dialog (asa cum reiese din primul comment din link-ul questului), insa cand "vorbesti" cu el, nu afiseaza nicio astfel de optiune, iar quest item-ul nu poate fi obtinut.
