Transmogfication npc

In 4.0.6a we had a transmog npc which could transmog ur gear.
Will the npc come back
since you cant acquire much gear since a lot old instances and raids arent open or bugged in some way.

Transmogrification did not exist in 4.1. This is why they created a new character to deal with transmogging. Now that we have entered a patch where it is actually part of the game, you need to find it's real location in game.
