[REJECTED] Major bug. Related to the visual bugs.

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: So from time to time in 2v2 arena people start to be immune to roots(It's not diminishing returns, it neither says that the target is immune, following and more just do nothing : novas,petnova,cone of cold,rof,any roots basically). Happens especially with ferals and mostly with shamans because of the bugged grounding totem but that's another topic. My request is if this can be somehow avoided. I think it has something to do as the player object is not actually on the floor but somewhere on a 2nd level. I can show that to a gm ingame if needed. The following video shows the bug, somewhat. I guess this has something to do with the visual bugs as well.

Confirmed, also happens that target is next to me, when i fear nothing happens.. wierd things are happening.

confirm.sometimes i deathcoil someone and he is not affected by the spell. i am hit capped just so you know.

Si eu in arene mi s-a intamplat de nenumarate ori ca sa pun rong of frost iar druidul se plimba prin el dus intors fara sa apara imune sau ceva, iar acesta ne avand precedente de roots din frost nove/cone of cold
E un bug major,care a dus la multe arene pierdute, druidul pe langa ca e are dmg mare(bug ori nu) nu e nici cum sa il tii la distanta.
Confirmat si de niste amici.

I am trying to find a way to reproduce this. I need a method that is 100% working. If you find it PM Groovy, Raster or Zohlomg.
