The "5 to 20 minutes" after voting

So, these "5 to 20 minutes" after voting till you take your vote points take hours lately. Does this happen to somebody else?

Yes. I voted last night. This morning I opened website to vote again, and it still says, that my votes are being validated. Thats like over 13h lol.

2 days ago and yesterday I got my points instantly right after voting.
Now it takes quite longer.
