Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Conform patch-ului 4.1 : " All non-damaging interrupts off the global cooldown will now always hit the target. This includes Pummel, Kick, Mind Freeze, Rebuke, Skull Bash, Counterspell, Wind Shear, Solar Beam, Silencing Shot, and related player pet abilities. ", insa am dat miss cu Mind Freeze si mi s-a intamplat de vreo 3-4 ori in runnuri diferite, nu am dat atentie dar de data asta era sa moara cineva si m-am uitat mai bine pe combat log.

Pot confirma si eu chestia asta in pvp in arene dau intrerupt si imi da miss ... si chestia asta pote fi vitala intr`o arena ... sa intamplat de multe ori sa fie heal low HP si sa imi dea miss la intrerupt si daca e sammy adversarul e foarte greu sa revi in meci ...

Eu am dat dodge intr-un priest cu rebuke (eu fiind paladin holy cu 1 punct in Enlightened Judgements) Cum e posibil sa dau DoDgE intr-un priest? Cu spell hit peste 10%?!

Sa vezi ce nasol e cand dai intrerupt la Hungering Cold si iti da frumos si mare "REZIST" ori "DODGE" + am incercat si pe paladin si pe warrior iar rebuke si pummel patesc aceeasi poveste.

E physical(school).

Sa ne intelegem,interrupts nu trebuie sa dea miss(efectul),daca are sa zicem 2 effects de interrupt+silence/damage,acel silence/damage poate rata insa interrupt 'goes through'.

Requiemnox are dreptate , intrerrupt trebuie sa mearga neaparat un miss poate conta foarte mult si in PVE incasezi un wipe frumos dar si in PVP ...
