Ok problemele apar in felu urmator.

1. Firstly si locu unde au fost cel mai des intalnite:
Nagrand Arena

Din cele 4 colturi ale unui pillar,2 par sa aiba un fel de invisible spot care afecteaza spellurile in felu urmator:

Dai Psychic Scream,Dragon's Breath,Scatter Shot,Piercing Howl,Intimidating Shout,Howl of Terror, Shred; Ti se pune cd pe spell insa playeru respectiv daca e in acel timp in ''raza'' respectiva nu primeste spell-ul; (Daca la Psychic Scream,Piercing Howl,Dragon's Breath,Howl of Terror se gaseste scuza ca sunt AOE spells ce nu au nevoie de un target anume si se va zice ca ''X'' player nu le-a dat bine,la restu nu exista scuza.)





2. Second,locul unde au fost mai putine incidente si unde este mai dificil de reprodus bugul:
Ruins of Lordaeron

Deobicei in locul respectiv,cand un player incearca sa faca LoS la mormant,in general prin cele 4 colturi ale mormant-ului iar,respectivul vine sa ii dea Fear,scatter,DB,etc; Sunt niste sanse gen 5% in acele colturi ca acel player sa dea spellul,sa i se puna cd deegeaba pe el dar playerul sa nu il primeasca.




Topicul a fost facut la spells din cauza ca afecteaza doar anumite spells,nu toate anume,de ex hunter shots nu au nicio problema,sau alte aoe'uri,in special doar cele mentionate au problema,nu am stat sa verific fiecare spell in parte infara de restu.

Posibil ca bugul sa fie si in Blade's Edge Arena,insa eu unu nu am avut nicio problema in arena respectiva;

Cel mai usor se poate reproduce in Nagrand Arena,cu un hunter/mage sau priest. Mentionez deasemenea ca nu se intampla fix de fiecare data cand faci lucru respectiv,sunt momente randomly,dar daca pici in nagrand arena tot timpu vs unu care tot face LoS in zonele respective devine sub orice critica.

Mai sunt playeri care au patit problemele respective,pot confirma si ei. Primesti CD pe spell,insa playerul nu primeste nici DMG,SLOW,DISSORIENT etc.
Cel mai probabil e o problema ce poate tine cont de textura;De filmat facut prints e cam aiurea atata timp cat sistemul de .challenge functioneaza doar pentru Ruins of Lordaeron,nu si pentru celelalte 2 arene.

Se observa pe juked cum am luat CD pe scatter,iar Fair nu a primit niciun scatter.
Ok,tinand cont de asta problema a evoluat in felul urmator: TOATE SPELL-URILE Heal/DAMAGE,AOE etc daca targe-ul intra in acel ''dead space'' nu primesc damage/heal..spell-urile sunt folosite pur si simplu degeaba,si li se pun cd sau consuma mana degeaba.

The problems show up as follows.

1. Where they're most often encountered:
Nagrand Arena

From the 4 corners of a pillar, 2 seem to have some sort of invisible spot that affect spells:

Casting Psychic Scream,Dragon's Breath,Scatter Shot,Piercing Howl,Intimidating Shout,Howl of Terror, Shred; places the spells on CD but the player doesn't receive it if he is in that area; (If on Psychic Scream,Piercing Howl,Dragon's Breath,Howl of Terror you can say that they're AOE spells that don't need a target and people will say that they weren't cast right, for the rest there is no excuse)




2. Second, the place where there have been fewer incidents and the bug is harder to reproduce:
Ruins of Lordaeron

Usually in that spot when a player tries to LoS around the 4 corners of the grave and someone comes to fear, scatter, db, etc, there are chances of maybe 5% that the spell won't hit it's target.



The topic was created at spells because it affects only certain spells, e.g. hunter shots don't have any problems or other aoe. Those mentioned were the only ones tested.

It's possible that the bug can be found in Blade's Edge but i haven't had any problems there;

It's easier to reproduce it in nagrand with a hunter/mage/priest. I also need to mention that it doesn't happen every time, they're random moment, but if you enter nagrand all the time against someone that keeps you in los in those area the situation becomes absurd.

There are others that have encountered the problem and can confirm it. You get a spell CD but the enemy doesn't receive dmg, slow, dissorient etc.
Most likely it's a problem regarding texture. Filming or prints is a bit difficult since .challenge only works for ruins of lordaeron.

You can see how i received scatter cd but Fair didn't receive the debuff.
Ok, the issue has evolved as follows: ALL Heal / damage, AOE, etc spels do not hit if the player enters that area.

Confirm, am patit in seara asta in Nagrand Arena. A venit sa-mi dea fear, eram langa unu din colturile semnalate in print si n-am primit fear (de la priest). Sunt paladin holy.

Nu stiu daca e acelas bug, eu am patit cu un spell direct sa nu il ia, gen dadeam Deep freeze pe targetul care fugea la limita losului si nu primea stunul, dar eu luam cd.

Nu stiu ce sa zic despre bugul asta, posibil ca atunci cand castezi spellul playerul sa fie imediat dupa colt desi vizual tu il vezi in colt si serverul sa nu il mai considere in LoS.
Nu prea reusesc sa reproduc singur bugul asta sa testez/vad ce se intampla

Nu, bug-ul nu este doar la Scatter Shot, Psyhic Scream, se intampla si la alte spelluri, gen Flame Shock, Chimera Shot, Frost Shock si alte spell-uri instante. Nu stiu exact cum se reproduce bugul, insa mi s-a intamplat sa dau Frost Shock cand persoana era in coltul stalpului, si sa mi se puna cooldown, dar sa nu se intample nimic.
