[Season 1][23.09.2013->21.10.2013] Merciless Gladiator [Ended]

RO: Incercam sa re-populam bracketul de 3v3 prin reinvierea sezoanelor odata tinute de Xlr apoi de Zoh|. Primul din serie e Merciless Gladiator. Fiecare sezon o sa dureze patru saptamani, cu reset/wipe la teams luni dimineata la ora 03:30 (GMT +2), cand e flushul la arene
In weekendul urmator (25.10 - 26.10) o sa se tina un turneu intre primele 8 teamuri din bracket inainte de reset care o sa desemneze castigatorul. O sa avem si livestream atunci.

Data turneului de pe Genesis: 25 octombrie 2013, ora 20.00 (GMT +2)
Data turneului de pe Exodus: 26 octombrie 2013, ora 20.00 (GMT +2)
Rewards:

• Locul 1: Merciless Gladiator title + Merciless Nether Drake + 25 de puncte de donatie/membru
  
• Locul 2: Gladiator title + Merciless Nether Drake + 15 puncte de donatie/membru
  
• Locul 3: Gladiator title + 10 puncte de donatie/membru
  
• Teamuri caificate si care participa la turneu: Orice Companion + Orice Tabard (in afara de cele pvp)

Reguli:

• Orice tentativa de farm / wintrade se pedepseste cu 14 zile ban, stergerea setului Cataclysmic si incapacitatea de a mai putea primi vreodata un reward de la un astfel de event.
  
• In timpul celor patru saptamani puteti sa aveti cati playeri doriti in echipa, dar odata calificati, jucatorii cu care incepeti primul meci o sa fie cei prezenti pe toata durata turneului, nu mai aveti voie sa ii schimbati. De asemenea, la turneu, puteti folosi doar jucatorii care au jucat mai mult de 30% din meciurile echipei pe parcursul celor patru saptamani.
  

Poate mai adaug reguli mai tarziu. Puteti folosi topicul asta ca sa puneti intrebari.

EN: We are trying to re-populate the 3v3 bracket by bringing back the PVP seasons once held by Xlr and Zohl. First one is Merciless Gladiator. Every season will last four weeks, with the reset/wipe of the teams being done Monday morning at 03:30 (GMT +2), when the arena points are flushed
In the following weekend (25.10 - 26.10) we will host a tournament between the first 8 teams from the bracket before the reset to find out the winner. We'll have a livestream aswell.

Rewards:

• 1st place: Merciless Gladiator title + Merciless Nether Drake + 25 donation points/member
  
• 2nd place: Gladiator title + Merciless Nether Drake + 15 donation points/member
  
• 3rd place: Gladiator title + 10 donation points/member
  
• Teams that are qualified and participate in the tourney: Any Companion + Any Tabard (without the pvp ones)

Reguli:

• Any farming/wintrade attempt will be punished with a 14 days ban, delete of your Cataclysmic set and the incapacity to receive a reward from any tournament like this one.
  
• In those four weeks you can have as many players as you want in your team, but once qualified, only the players with whom you start the first game can play in that tourney, you can't change them anymore. Also, you can play at the tourney only with those players from your team which played more than 30% of your teams total games during the four weeks.

E stupid. Iti dau un singur exemplu.

Eu am in team Rogue Shaman Warlock da ? Iau bataie de la X combo, bag in team un mage si joc MLS, iau bataie de la Y combo si bag in team un Hunter si joc Thug.

Bottom line, iei bataie cu X combo, intri pe Y combo, iei bataie pe Y combo, intri pe Z combo si tot asa.

La final nu conteaza cine termina pentru ca indiferent de situatie tot teamul tau o sa castige.

Cel mai bine e asa, 3 oameni in team si atata tot.

Gg pentru event, era nevoe un pic de suport si la 3s avand in vedere ca nu vezi un team cat e ziua de lunga.O intreabare,odata cu resetu presupun ca se vor sterge si team-urile de 2s ,ele vor primi cv ?ma refer la top 10.

Maybe add an announcement on the front page of the website. Not a lot of players use the forums as they do the website. Some ingame hype could help as well.

A lot of us non-romanian speakers dont even visit these parts of the forum since we cant understand 90% of whats going on. The server already has most of the Romanian wow population on it, you need to reach out to the International Community. A cross post in English Sub-forum might help that as well.
What im trying to say is, if you want the Seasons idea to work you need to let people know about it in other ways then just forums. So here are my suggestions of what should be done to bring this to attention of the majority of the server:

1) Make a promo video and put it on the front page of the website alongside a short announcement or a link to this topic, not on forums.

2) Make at least 2 PvP/Fun events at server peek times every day in which you would advertise the 3v3 Season as well as the upcoming Tournament.
(PvP Event idea: random GM announcement on global "First two 3v3-2v2-1v1 team that whisper me get to fight for awards." Stream the event on your Twitch channel, share the link in global, ask the people to tune in and watch it. Make it best out of 3 games, or a 4 team Tournament, nothing too long.
This way you can get followers on your Twitch channel, and its a good preparations for the streamer for the upcoming Tournament. Try to commentate on the fight and remind the viewers of the upcoming Tournament, tell them about the rewards and just try to Hype it up as much as you can.
Event rewards could be something small, 50 Vote points, Mounts, Companions, Vanity items etc.

3) 3v3 queue Announcements with an option to turn them off individually.

on : Propun ceva acele 8 team-uri sa primeasca titluri gen challenger , rival , duelist , gladiator si titlu la sezonul respectiv. Dar puneti o conditie la cele 8 team-uri de ex : 1800 minim sa intri la turneul final . Atunci stimulezi cu adevarat 3v3 nu , asa . Ca nu o sa dea lumea join nici atunci ca sunt 2 team-uri care bat tot srv si gata cu 3s , cum a fost data trecuta.
