[FIXED] [Shaman][PvP] Fulminate Mechanics (S11 elemental 4-set bonus)

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: "When your Lightning Shield is triggered by receiving damage, a charge will be generated rather than consumed, up to a maximum of 9."

Before the 'fix', the Glyph of Lightning Shield made it so you couldn't lose charges at all, and the set bonus didn't do anything. Now, the glyph works as intended, but the set bonus causes your charges to reset to 3 whenever hit, whatever the amount of charges you had beforehand, effectively nerfing elemental shamans to the ground by removing fulminate from them in PvP.

The irony of multiboxing is that it only truly shines when it's supported by normal players.

Soulbotz/Botzdotcom. Quad elemental, quad DK, will take full advantage of above statement.

This guy shows you that still the cataclysmic elemental 4 set bonus still does not work ... you should get a charge of lightning shield every time you receive any kind of damage with cool down 1-2 seconds(i am not sure about seconds) up to 9 charges.The only way to get rid of this charges is by using earth shock thanks to Fulmination talent and once you do this,you left with 3 charges of lightning shield and again charges start stacking by receiving damage and casting lightning bolt and chain lightning.Please finally fix this,its not that hard, you already fixed so many,much harder staff from the game.It`s simple just read the bonus set and the talent and that`s it.It will take 1 minute to understand what you have to do.Thanks.

Or in other words, that "FIX" from yesterday made things even worse, so it looks like some more fixing has to be done on this.. I just hope it won't take another year...
Edit: There is no ICD lol. Everytime the shield is triggered u should get a charge... that simple..

Thats so ...i dont know how to call it ..you made this even worst ..now you cant even stack 9 charges by casting LB and Chain L with only 1 hit u drop all the stacks uve made ..so practicly u cant make stacks so instead of fixing the ele 4 set bonus you also *** up the talent honestly awesome work ..and glyph os lightning shield has nothing with all this , it is using only by enhancement shamans.you DO NOT need it for elemental at all.
So please now fix the talent and the bonus.

Fixed indeed, just one thing - isn't the Frost Shock spell suppost to get illuminated when u reach 9 stacks through taking dmg just like it gets when u reach 9 stacks by dealing dmg with LB, CL?

http://www.wowhead.com/item=73502 Is triggered every 1,5 sec instead of 3 sec. Im saying that something is wierd, sometimes he's triggered every 1,5 sec sometimes every 3 sec.

Deci. am fct azi cu cronometrul ala din wow, un rouge cu autoshot mi.a fct 9 stacks in 20 sec, este anormal.

Ce sa cred este ca mecanica nu e reparat corect, deoarece unele stackuri le primeam la 1,5 sec altele la 3 sec.
Daca fac calcul 9 stacks fct de un rouge ar trebui sa dureze 14 sec maxim cu autoattack, ceea ce vad eu pe frkz este ca acel rouge mi l.ea fct in 20 sec, deci cv nu merge, nu se respecta icd acela de 1,5 sec pt every stack.

Daca ICD-ul e 1.5s nu inseamna ca si proc chance e de 100% la fiecare 1.5s

I think you know that the bonus from s11 got changed when MoP was released, and the bonus is not what wowwiki shows.

merge foarte bine...am testat cum am intrat in joc...si aici si pe AnoTher server .....Multumim nexflame...tocmai ai facut ca ele shaman sa fie cat de cat mai competitiv si sa nu mai fie ciuca batailor desi dmg ul de destul de mic si nimeni nu pare sa stie cauza...probabil de la flametongue weapon....daca ai repara si asta ar fi awesome...desi nu stiu daca poti din data base
