Reasons why Vlad is OP:
1. Easy early game farm if you know how to use your mechanics
2. High late dmg by using ulti+ignite and spamming Q+E
3. Easy escape if they don't have fiddle mid by using W
4. you can build full AP or HP+AP or tanky AP
5. High team fight dmg
6. Get 4xstacks from your E, build Spirit Visage and Will of the Ancients for OP self healing

So yes, Vladimir is OverPowered ONLY IF you know his mechanics and you know how to exploit them.

chiar as vrea sa vad cum poti bate tu un Vlad player(APC) cu un support care abea da dmg.

P.S. am batut multi Udyr la viata mea pe top lane cu Vlad deci nu ma impresionezi deloc

Prefer sa fiu nazist si sa scap de tigani decat sa fiu ungur si sa intru peste un popor cu arfele mele de femeie pe ciclu.
cu asta am incheiat acuma(ma duc la faculta). deci, te salut din mers si sper sa mori in cet cu propria voma.
