Ye but people need to get used to Vicious gear dmg different/healing. Not letting them to practise wouldnt make much sense tbh.

Well my last post was kinda ironic cuz what he said is totally senseless and stupid.... I'm gonna participate in a 3v3 tournament and i will play duels wtf ? And yes since it's 2 seasons back it would be great if they open it earlier so we can prepare characters and find out how the tourmament "would" be better since we will be able to test out all the items and maybe balance it a bit /or even more.

are the participating teams required to have certain ratings by the time the tournament starts? or can anyone register? for example i havent played for about 4 months so i dont have a team at the moment, but i do have partners who i can play with

The tournament date has not been fixed yet. So you have a lot of time to make some rating , in case there will be such a request.

Zohl, why don't u set a day when the tournament ends, make it last a few weeks, a month.. and the rewards are going to be given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

You've always done it for 8 teams that got in and people who couldn't come between the times u set are left out, like foreigners (US, which is 8 hours behind). Sometimes I work whenever you set the tournament. Kinda most of the time... Make it to last a few weeks or a month..2 months.. and give the reward to 1,2,3rd places..
