I know it's a duplicate, but does it happen like in the video? I mean, it keeps refreshing without actually dealing any sort of damage.

To be honest, I haven't tested it in AOE, this is a single target sample.

And no, it doesn't refresh like it does on the video you've posted there, it actually has a regular uptime on the single target test I did, but the problem is the damage. I've asked a friend to test it on an elemental shaman, although he has the normal version, it did only 1.9% of his damage, which is still, fairly low.

I've noticed, amongst my friends that have Gurthalak, that since Deathwing is released, Gurth damage has been nerfed to 1% of the total damage.... And some other friends with Teragosa saying that it procs like mad comparing to pre-deathwing time.... So i guess they've nerfed the stuff that's available and boosted the only thing that's still obtainable only by donations.

P.S. This damage, even on it's HC version, is simply not worth 2 full secondary stats that you lose in order to have this poison effect.
