[REJECTED] [Interface] Achievement Account Wide Bug

Bug description: Achievements nu sunt shared intre caractere. Merge pe "sistemul vechi", adica achiev-urile se pun doar pe caracterele pe care au fost facute.

Nu am putut sa testez decat achiev-urile realm-wide, deoarece nu am gasit inca un achiev account-wide (albastru) care sa mearga.

Also, optiunea Interface>Display>Display only Character Achievements to Others revine la default (nebifata) cand se da save (Okay) la setari.

Bug Description: Account-wide Achievements are not account-wide, meaning that they still work by the old system, which is only characters who completed said achievements will display them.

I couldn't test realm-wide achievements, because I couldn't find any (blue) account-wide achievements to work.

Also, the option of Interface>Display>Display only Character Achievements to Others resets to default (unchecked) if we check it and click on (okay).
