Bug description: Ar trebuii sa fie 100% increased crit chance si -25% mana cost(partea cu mana cost merge bine)

Nu. Sansa de crit pe care o ai cu flash heal, sa zicem 10%, cand ai inner activat sansa creste la 20%.
