Restoring zeroed Honor Kills

I play on this server since the opening of 4.0.6, constantly in the evening going bg and over 4 years farmd 168,000 hk kill on shaman Genocide and ~68 .000 on Tiran, this is the most violent elems on bg they all know and hate, but recently going on shamans found that all my hk kills have been thrown off, repeatedly wrote to the forum questions but no one answered.
Whether it is possible then to return all HK kills?
Just as it is bad that sat for years and then 1 time all took off to zero, leaving only title, but I wanted to do Grand Marshal independently without donat

Same thing happened to me and all my chars...Hk were reseted when I rejoined Freakz in 4.3.4

nothing of updated after rejoin, everything remains as it was
but in statistics 47k kills + unrecorded kills isnt me at BG
