Bug description: Am 0 % parry. Am crezut ca este visual bugg, dar nu dau nici macar un parry prin urmare nu se scaleaza nici Swift Reflexes (care ar trebui sa dea dmg inapoi), nici shuffle.

Think this applies for all specs, I have 0% parry on my ww monk too.

It's not a visual bug I think. You're fighting a lower lvl mob probably (judging from the HP) so your parry chance is actually higher then what it says on the tooltip.

WoW, like many other games, uses a combat results table-based combat scheme (where one roll determines outcome of an attack), so percentages are absolute. Your parsed Parry won't necessarily match your tooltip if you're fighting creatures higher or lower in level to you.

The above applies to melee classes only. I've noticed my shadow priest is able to parry melee attacks from mobs lower lvl then me.

EDIT: I tested Parry on a monk friend (same lvl) a few days ago. Just my autoattacks hitting him from the front. He parried zero attacks.

Definitely not a visual bug, tested it statistically over a period of time. Also can tell that you actually never parry by simply paying attention.

So I finally did some more testing.

First I found some mob in Pandaria, some basilisk lvl 88 and I really did parry 1 out of ~100 melee hits from him. In fact, I even blocked 1 attack.

Next I went to scorpion bro of my level who was eager to help me test. Some dodges, some crits, 0 parries.

So it is as Lorne said, your defenses are higher against lower level enemies, therefore you can parry some attacks even with 0% parry. But not vs same level enemy.

There was an issue indeed, parry wasn't working AT ALL for monks. Fixed
