[DUPLICATE] [Druid][Resto][Spell] Regrowth

Bug description:

First, when the Regrowth HoT is on a target that is at <50% HP it should automatically refresh it's duration.
Second, the spell has 60% higher crit chance, but in 20 seconds of spamming regrowth, I didn't land any crit.

Please keep only one bug report open for each spell. There's no point in opening 2 reports for one spell that has two things that don't work.
