Except for Lava Burst's bonus 50% damage, is anything bugged @ Elemental?

Elemental fury is I think (50% increased crits damage).. or well was.. last time i checked

1.Lavaburst DMG isnt increased when the target haves flameshock on it.

2.Searing totem and the elementals still miss and dodge.

3.Lava beam ( replaced chain lightning) does not even have a mastery procc.

4.i had about 54 % mastery and it proccs rarely.

5.Elemental blast hits a lot harder on the enha specc.

Elemental blast do the properly dmg on enha spec, no bug here.

The other bugs are known, but we play shaman on freakz, which from cata patch shaman has been given away when it's about bugs. Hope after Shockeru will finish with the breaking game bugs (positive bugs) it will make some fixes.

Thinking about Elemental, would Pandaren's Epicurean (just got fixed) be on par with Troll's Berserking? If not ,which one would be better? 300 free Intellect or haste every 2 min?
