[Multiple] CC vs. travel time / charge spells

Bug description: If you get CC'd (stun, root, sheep etc) while Charging (or similar spells), it keeps you in place instead of reaching your target

Example : Charge target X, get rooted while charging, it should take you to target X and then get rooted, but on Freakz you get rooted while travelling to your target.
