Regarding trinkets it depends , and it looks like this :

• Single Target:
  
  • Purified Bindings of Immerseus (all versions) > Kardris >= Black Blood > Prismatic Prison > Frenzied Crystal

• Multiple Targets:
  
  • Frenzied Crystal (all versions) > Purified Bindings of Immerseus (all versions) > Kardris >= Black Blood > Prismatic Prison
  
  

For a mastery build, swap out items such as neck, bracers, etc that have haste for those with mastery , theres not many choices anyways so it should be obvious.

Anyways its still a long way to siege , but i can post a mastery build BiS list later when we're near to hit Siege , i hope this helped and that you werent asking about a PvP BiS list.

Taking AOE trinkets into Siege seems too much of a overkill, Elementals already have excellent AOE (especially with mastery). I believe you should stick with single-target ones.
IMO, for Siege mastery > haste, for ToT haste > mastery, and same for our current patch. You can't just hit that 90% mastery sweet spot.

Both specs have pro's. To name a few:

Pro's Elemental:
- ranged dps (my groups have mostly way more melee)
- can cast when walking
- standard shaman utility in terms of suplementing healing
- good AoE with chain lightning
- got good sustained boss dps / options to burst

Pro's Enhancement:
- extreme AoE in RDFs
- potential to go ranged dps (Ascendance) if you have to move
- got good sustained boss dps / options to burst

For personal preference, I like all three specs of Shamans and therefor have a very hard time deciding between Elemental or Enhancement (am 90% healing anyway ). Since I mostly DPS in guild RDF runs, I stick to Enhancement. Simply because of the insane Fire Nova damage and clear speed.

tl;dr play what you prefer and if you prefer both play what your guild needs most.

Anyone could start working on a romanian Elemental shaman PvE guide , just needs to be complete and with correct informations ( preferably with how things work on freakz).

Worse My DPS is lower and I don't know why .... I will test more and see what is going on . Other than that I'm pretty excited about ToT

Elemental is actually quite viable atm. And it will only become more viable with gear.
In SoO Elemental is one of the most useful classes in ANY raid composition, be it 10 or 25.

Theres probably some "undiscovered" bugs to be fixed i bet , but i did try it on one of my alts and it was "viable" like ash said , but nothing too special.

It's all about procs tbh
Sometimes your dps may vary a LOT at, for instance, the same encounter. You gotta get lucky or increase your luck with mastery haha
