Details: (optional): I've lost my item from the 15 rhc weekly by pressing esc while my bag was opened(was trying to close the dressing room tab), it destroyed the bag without looting the ring, so both items were lost. If possible, I would be fine with any kind of refund, either the bag or the item, doesn't matter.
