General PvE situation teamspeak meeting.

Hello , first of all excuse me for expressing my self in english and posting in the romanian zone , but 90% if not all of the players which are concerned are romanian.

So my idea is to make a meeting similar to the one Bacchus made for PvP , including the most familiar PvE guilds and a staff member which is concerned ( most probably Shocker , please. ) in order to discuss the situation in our server and maybe make things change before it is too late , with all the last bosses of each respective instance released being "scripted" this signs the end of Phase 1 , and no matter how good or how bad it was it is our job us players to give the feedback to the concerned staff members to listen to our needs.

The main language spoken in the meeting will be Romanian obviously to ease things up and for everybody , incase Shocker does not accept my suggestion and wont be present during the meeting we can have it between players and agree on a few points which then we can post on the forums , or even record the meeting for that matter oh and of course these are only examples of subjects , if you wanna discuss anything else we could



Regarding the meeting itself :

• Why ? : In order to discuss the issues , complaints and needs of pve players in a civilized way.
  
  
• With ? : Most of the guilds on the server , and hopefully an important staff member ( its very important that someone hears what we have to say).
  
  
• Where ? : Teamspeak , temporary channel i suppose.
  
  
• When ? : Saturday (7/11) @ 20:00 server time

Things we should discuss on the meeting :

• General situation of PvE : Players should interact with the staff member , and give feedback (whether or not they are satisfied of the quality of content).
  
  
• Boss testing , Bug reports : Discuss the current boss testing system , bug fixes in PvE ( its flaws , how to improve it in the future ).
  
  
• The way bosses are being released , both normal and endgame bosses : How bosses are being added ( why is a boss being added when the previous one is not fixed , and why some bosses which are released seem like they had 0 testing and got released on live ).
  
  
• Developers , do we need more? : We all appreciate the effort Rageless is putting in as a single developer for PvE , but we all know he might not have enough time or experience to do everything by himself , so is there any chance somebody will assist him during phase 2. ( More to be discussed )
  
  
• And the most "taboo" subject , exploits : This will mainly target player vs player discussion ( guildmasters responsabilities to control their people and what happens in their raids , players responsabilities , and possible changes to the report exploit rewards / sanctions .....)

• I invite the following players to post their opinion about my idea on the topic , to let their guildmates know about the meeting if they dont really speak english , try to to agree on a time , and to control their people , the last thing we want is a flamewar during the meeting this is for the general good of the server cut the bullshit and conflicts for abit please:

UPDATE : : General informations , time and rules.





The meeting day has been decided , it will occur this Saturday (07/11) @ 20:00 server time:

• Host : Rageless ( Sadly Shocker didn't want to / doesn't have the time to come) .
  
  
• Location : ts.freakz.ro , on a temporary channel with no password untill 8:30.
  
  
• Channel Moderating : Me , and Rageless ( incase it gets out of control ).

A few rules to follow so the meeting can happen in the best conditions :

• The channel will be locked at 8:30 so be there in time.
  
  
• You can talk about anything you want after we go through the main subjects , but the most important part is to keep it civilized and avoid insults / foul language.
  
  
• Please if you do not have a microphone do not spam the chat , instead listen and pm your ideas to the representative of your guild , any user who spams will get restricted rank, and incase you change identity to come back and spam Rageless will ban you from the teamspeak server .
  
  
• I plan to record the meeting , so like i said on the first rule please think twice before saying something , Rageless is giving us his time as the current main developer and will report things to shocker for us , if you wanna complain about something give constructive criticism , complaints like "lol u suck" wont be tolerated. We are here to try to improve things, encourage and guide the staff , not the opposite.

I currently need guild masters confirmation , everyone is welcome to join the actual meeting without any problem , if shocker doesnt wanna attend i will try to moderate the room , when all or almost all guildmasters agree we will try to find a time that suits everybody.
