[FIXED] [Hunter][Spell] Kill Shot cooldown

Bug description: Sometimes you can't use it twice even if you dont kill target
Proof: Very easy to test in game, cant give proof. I dont know if its depending on target or what cause I can use it twice on several bosses but on others I cannot

also seen for now that cooldown of chimera shot/kill command and explosive shot goes off and you cant use this spell for like a half of second maybe one second cause it says that is on cooldown still. It is huge lose of dps if you get it into 7 minute fight for example. I think it general issue with cooldowns on hunter. Misdirect is bugged since start of the server. It says 30s cd but its like 50 or 45

No ideea about the issues that are happening in raids, but, regarding other issues:

If, for example your kill shot hits a Rogue and Cheat Death procs, Kill Shot cooldown will not reset.
If, for example you hit a Warrior with Kill Shot for 40000 damage when he was at 30000 HP but he got healed ( so that damage didn't killed him ), Kill Shot cooldown will not reset.


Those are the cases. So, an easier explanation: If a spell like cheat death procs when kill shot hits a target, it won't reset. If a healing spell prevents the target from dying from the first kill shot, Kill Shot cooldown won't reset.

Is not a bug,in Cataclysm there was a glyph for it that allowed you to use kill shot twice in a row,on MOP the glyph was removed and implanted into the skill,so i think

Bro did u even read what the spell does? it says clearly that if kill shot fails to kill the target the cd is instantly reset but cannot be reset more often then 6 sec so I have noticed that when you change your spec this bugs occures only after I exit the game works fine

Still Kept happening to me yesterday. Restarting the game, switching specs, nothing helps.
Also @shocker I think the issue Got in life after you removed resillence from pve zones raids etc.

Please bring blizz proof that if the Cheat Death or other similar mechanics occur it should reset and not wait for the 10 seconds cd.

It shouldn't reset

I concure. The second kill shot doesn't activate anymore in raid bosses fights, tested it today. Seems to be working only in dungeons and trash/adds

Correctly fixed potions exploit, hopefully no more other bugs with cooldowns for spells like Kill Shot / spells with charges / etc, check after next restart
