MELEE HASTE EFFECTS lower the cooldown and global cooldown of your Judgment, Crusader Strike, and Hammer of Wrath.

Bug description:

this spell need a general fix for mele haste buffs
i can say some mele haste buff they dont help to SOB

Buff Purified    MELE, ranged and spell HASTE increased by 25%. 20 seconds remaining

this buff is same BL you fixed BL with last time i report the bug for this spell....

but i think this need a general fix,if not i can always create a bug report when i find mele haste buff that dont help to SOB

Wrong, it gives u 15% attack speed. Learn the difference between attack speed increase (like rogue buff) and true haste (the one from haste rating, food, potion, heroism)

Even since 4.0 time, as well as for 5.4 which is at hand, sanctity of battle was / is affected by spell haste effect such as those mentioned by you (@ toes, bloodlust, elementals/moonkins etc), although the tooltip was almost never changed. As you can see, that's from blizz and it worked just as it is at the moment.

This needs more proof. (From blizz).

If it will be to make a general fix, the cd reduction will be affected by Impairing Poison like spells, and i'm 99.99% sure that it shouldn't. So more proof is required.
