Suggestion new pve quest

I noticed that most players do patch 5.1 raids only for valor and transmog items , not for gearing because ToT gear is waaaaay better , however , no one does heroic mode 5.1 raids , because its way easyer to do normal mode , the ilvl req is way higher for heroic and so on . My suggestion is to create a new pve weekly quest , which involves killing all bosses from a specific raid ( ex : Kill all the bosses in heart of fear normal mode ) , and the reward for killing them all would be a random heroic item from that specific raid . I believe it is a good way of gearing for people who dont have acces to heroic raids , and some of the heroic items from there are still viable . However if you think that the items from 5.1 heroic raids are still good and you dont want people to gear that easy , make the quest only for Mogu'Shan Vaults , since the items from there are the weakest as of now , and when you implement Siege of Orggrimar make it for the other 5.1 raids .

well the idea of quest becomes futile because they have reduced the bosses HP and damage dealt but a certain amount for new and undergeared players to catch up to the current content. so actually doin 5.1 raids (hc and normal) is way to easy.

The ilvl req for raids didnt go down as far as im concerned , also , no one does heroics , even with the reduced boss HP and dmg , that was my point
