[FIXED] [Multiple] Absorbs dampening + fatigue wrong

Bug description: after last repair something is affecting in the wrong way the shiel sometimes in arena you hit +~7k absorb and when i say ~ you will see in the 2 photo the ~ ... you will see even the dumpening at 35%only... I don't know what is wrong mabe someone can explain, and the character is almoust full Grievous.

i dont remeber dampening affecting the shield befor that fix but anyway now is affecting the shield wrong.......
@Shocker pls fix this ASAP disci is usless in arena with this bug...........

Dampening should affect absorbs like pws, ams, ice barier etc.

you are sayng that 59402 - 43% = 2600??? or 33859
is just a little bit wrong like with 31200 less absorb you think that is OK?
if the priest shield is not working ok is no problem...if the dominate mind is not working ok is no problem but if is a bug at Warr or Rogue OMGGGG fix it ASAP....

I believe there is/was a bug where pvp healing reduction is not applied in arena unless you are in combat. Not 100% sure if that's the case here, but try to compare shield absorbs:
1. outside arena (not in BG)
2. inside arena but not in combat
3. inside arena during combat

you should consider pvp power healing part before battle fatigu and dampening

Combat or not Battle fatigue is in effect.....

the way of calculation :

for example if tool tip says 100k absorb

for 45% pvp power healing

100*1.45 =145 k absorb

then battle fatigue

145*(1-0.55) =65.25 k absorb

There are 3 weeks since Disc spec was bugged...all disc spec is about bublles...

And something amazing 0 Absorb in arena.....how can you make arena when your main ability is DEAD !

I found the main (only?) issue: Arena Dampening and Battle Fatigue were additive, which meant 50% arena dampening + 55% fatigue resulted in -105% shield absorb, when instead they should be AMOUNT - 50% - 55% which actually means AMOUNT - 72.5%
This was a general issue, not just for PWS

But still, with 50% arena dampening for example you will still see very low shield values (which is correct)
