[FIXED] [Hunter][All Specs][Pet] Spiked Collar damage increase

Bug description: Spiked collar is not working at all.
Proof: http://imgur.com/1e2U6U9 in the chatbox you can clearly see: a) Crane, cunning specced and b) Serpent ferocity specced the dmg is about the same which makes no sence what so ever, bare in mind we're only looking at a) Smack and b) Bite not melee attacks.

Really easy to confirm, get a pet attack dummy with ferocity, switch to cunning/tenacity and dmg from bite/claw/smack is the same. Can't really tell about crit/as part but propably not working aswell since the dmg part is not working.

Crit and attack speed already work, please stop inventing bugs if you don't even test them
