Confirmed. Oricand dai Alter Time pierzi bonusul de increase 40% la flask din Mixology

Can't confirm, are you sure you're removing the buff and casting the flask again? If not, mixology doesn't work with buff reapplying, nothing to do with Alter Time

As you can see in 2nd picture, the time from mixology is still 2h only the haste descreased, and if you reaplying the buff while you have one on your time buff should be 1h instead 2h(like in my ss)

Not sure what you mean here, but Alter time removes the +40% increase on flask enhancement. This happens 100% of the time.

Sometimes, it removes Mixology altogether (meaning if you re-pop a flask, you get 999 intelect for 1h instead of 1399 for 2h).
But I've not been able to always reproduce this part of the issue.
