Bug description: Even if displayed correctly on the spell tooltip in the database, kill command can still be parried and dodged (not sure about block, hasnt happened to me yet, it might need checking)

It's a melee attack, why shouldnt it de parried/dodged?

How can I possibly answer that question, as much as I'd like to I haven't had part in designing the game nor spell, however, I can google, and you should too.

Everything I've found so far about the spell suggest that it shouldn't be dodged or parried.

Also, if the attack was to be dodged or parried would mean that hunters would have to go for the hard exp cap in pvp which would end in a massive drop in stats thus making BM spec alot less viable than it actually is.

Ok ok, I think we started on a wrong foot here so before we get further into this discussion I just want to say that I reported the bug based the data I found on WoWhead (which basicly states the same as freakz tooltip) and a bit of forum research I've been doing lately, I in no way have any interest of sounding like a dick nor offending any forum users or staff members.

So with that out of the way, you can feel free to check wowhead tooltip but before you do you might think: "Hey but its WOD now they might've updated it".
However, note that the 5.4 update from http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Kill_Command clearly states the only change was the dmg increase, as you will also see in the forumlas found in the changelog section of the wowhead link I gave you.

I'm up for discussion and in no way think my word is the final here, if you provide proof that I'm wrong I'll be happy to delete the topic I made.

Also, I'd like to ask you have you found any posts that claim it SHOULD get dodged or parried?

PS. Might be a bunch of typos, too lazy to edit, would loose my train of thought here.

It's clearly that laziness polluted this world, i guess it was so damn hard to do a 5 min check for this. ( Actually it took me 1 min and 45 sec to find it. )

Link #1 doesn't have anything to do with mop, its date fits Cata patches.
Link #2 Also implys a bug which happened due to timewalking (very often in wod due to scaling in dungeons)

"From what I recall Kill command will always hit and cannot be parried or dodged." says the same person who made the topic.

If you want to contribute to the topic please do so, but dont link random shit.

Also, overpower (for example) is a melee attack which can't be dodged or parried as the tooltip from the spell suggests.

All spells can be dodged/parried unless proven otherwise, this is the logic we're following

mental^depress mentioned "Cannot be dodged, parried or blocked" @ MAIN SPELL, but if we look at the TRIGGERED DAMAGE SPELL it doesn't have that flag. There are 2 possible situations:
1. Blizzard forgot to add the flag to the second spell, probably judging that if main spell has flag, triggered spell should also have flag.
2. Blizzard doesn't really wants damage spell to be dodgeable/parryable/blockable. But why would the main spell have the flag? Because that's the spell which triggers the pet to attack the target... so the main spell should never miss because it's the spell that "initiates" the kill command. After that, the pet casts the actual damage spell, and that damage spell has a separate miss chance

Bottom line: we need more proof
