Confused about skills and stuffs

Hey guys !
Started playing here few days ago and i have a level 70 MM hunter atm. I was going through quests and stuffs while i noticed i learn riding and get mounts itself without having to learn or buy. But i am confused on these things : artisan riding and dual wield. It says i need to visit trainer. Is it bug or do i really need to now? any ideas on this and some extra things i might not know ?

Hello,

Yes, you have to learn artisan riding (and the higher skill ones) and dual wield by visiting the trainers.
