Bug description: When you proc https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=95814&name=unerring-vision-of-lei-shen and apply both dots they should get the trinket procs for full duration they stay up as they get all active procs when they are applied (snapshotting),but they dont.

From my personal knowledge it SHOULDNT snapshot dots for boomkins and Im 100% sure that there is blue post proof about that, sadly Im in a raid atm so I can't bring it, will do later if noone else bothers but this is invalid.

In MOP every class with damage over time ablities have snapshots on procs.In WOD that was removed.

Unnering Vision of Lei Shen has a special behaviour when you're Balance, Shadow or Fire.

For other servers i have played it does work and it does snapshot.The post says that they did left it.

Could you explain why Balance Druid dots function differently with respect to Crit than every other class' dots? Currently Crit updates dynamically for Balance Druids whereas other classes get snapshot values.

It's dynamical for Balance. That means while Perfect Vision is active (the buff) your damage over time effects WILL crit 100%, but once it fades, they return to their normal values.
