[FIXED] [Druid][Balance]Switching from solar to lunar eclipse

Bug description: If you are at solar eclipse and you reach excactly 0 energy and you cast starsurge, energy goes towards solar again. It should keep its cycle and go lunar. It is not a visual bug.

+Odata ce ajungi in Ecplise lunar ai 50% sansa sa nu ti se activez Starfall
Acelsi lucru se intampla si la Celestial Aligement nu ti se activeaza Startfall

THIS IS AN EN (International) ZONE!!!!! For the 50th time!
Make a new bug report about this and tell us how to reproduce it since i can't reproduce this bug at all.

Regarding the Eclipse and Starsurge. This is happening because Starsurge should take you to solar when you are at 50% on the Eclipse Bar. But this should only happen if you start the fight at that point (50%), not if you are in the eclipse cycle.
This bug is more visible now thanks to the fix made to Starsurge.
