Bug description: it MIGHT be related to travel time issue with other spells, seems like this 1 was not fixed. When you cast ES with LnL up it should insta consume the stack on cast IF it will consume because of 40% chance to NOT consume from t16 4p. What basically happens as of now, it works fine if I cast 2,3 or 4 ES from 1 LnL then it is completely fine, but if I get lucky and get 5+ so 3 or more procs it glitches out, it takes 25 focus as ES was casted normally and makes invisible cd on itself. I think fixing stack consumption on cast would fix this issue but thats just A guess. I recorded a video, posting below.
