Description: it can dodge in pve and i saw it parry in pvp when it striked players
Proof:

on a side note, i am very disappointed by the trinket, the dmg output is very low in both single target and aoe.

, it should deal between 3%-9% of your total damage, well right now it does not go beyond 4%, as you can see on skada in the proof link for the bug report. although I continued the dmg dealing on the dummy until 200m, the number ended up at 3.7% of total dmg output.

could anyone help me out on this?

Tooltip says it should deal 33% of the original spell dmg, never happened yet to me at least.

It's extremely important to us knowing how much you crit with Starsurge. Post relevant information or refrain yourself from posting.
As for the topic, I believe the problem is with the trinket hitting for Physical damage. Here's proof:

Hits for Physical damage = getting reduced by armor. The procc should have dealt 23278 damage. The real question however, is, should it mirror the damage type from the spell? And if so, should it double dip from increases? (ex. Enhancement Shaman Mastery)

That will not help as Multistrike is a stat now. But I did a bit of research and here's what I found:

The multistrike-effect procced by this trinket does damage in dependancy of your class. - As a warlock you will deal shadow damage. - As a shadow priests you will deal shadow damage, too. - As an elemental shaman you will deal nature damage. - As a mage it will be frostfire damage. - IDK but propably as an owlkin it will be arcane or nature damage. (can anyone add this?) This is also indicated by the symbol of the multistrike effect. Shamans Lightning Bolt, Warlocks and Shadow Priests Shadow Bolt, Mages Frostfire Bolt - Owlkins IDK, again.

I do not believe such effects should be increased by passive effects. Just flat out 33% of the damage dealt.

Therefore it means that it cannot dodge or parry. if so, bois we gotta get that expertise cap
