Not sure where to post this (Damage reduced issues)

Hi, don't know when this started happening to me, but today when I opened my Character Info window I saw that my Melee Damage and DPS where in red numbers, and it said that my damage were reduced by 15% (I can just do 85% of my damage, or that's what it says).

I want to know if it's a visual bugg or there's something that im doing wrong. Tried to repair my gear and switch from polearm to dual-weild, but this keeps happening (im playing a brewmaster monk, dunno if this helps)

Are you a monk brewmaster? Because they recieved a nerf, as far as I know (not from the server, but from Blizz).

I'll upload a full screen print as soon as server goes on.

And yes im a brewmaster monk, but I don't think that this is a nerf because the red numbers, as far as I know, indicate that there's gear that needs a repair or some debuffs that you have on your character.

You're right, but it's weird that they used this lazy method to nerf us lol, reducing a flat 15% dmg just like when you've resurrection sickness.
