Bug description: As you see in the screen , warlock orc doesn't have Racial Passive Command

I noticed this on my warlock too but the command racial is there on my hunter so i hope this could be fixed i suppose

Confirmed!
Only the warlock class is missing the Command racial.

It seems this was missing from: Warlock, Priest, Druid, Paladin
