If you want a good event you should notify the players about a month it,not a week and a half before it.And the 2 week guild rule doesn't give players much space to work on when it comes down to the team rosters.A simple way to deal with this issue is to delay the event with at least 1 or two weeks.

First of all i wanna thank you for making this event, i did ask for it and im excited for it.
2nd i freaking loved this "Only players that have at least 2 weeks in the guild can join at this event. (We want to have a fair GvG, not Guilds maded with 1 week before the event start or players that join in the last hours just for rewards, we want to promote older guilds.) " this is really step in right direction.
Now the only thing i dislike is as sniperbeeqt said was that announce was given a bit too early, if we could get some more time to bring back inactive members. Also please make event on Sunday because i believe that's when almost everyone is having free day, also have entire event played on sunday please!

Could it be changed on 6-7september? How sumoo said the date its to early and most of the players aren't playing anymore(its summer) .also If if u'll move it on september would be way better because we could buy like 3-5 items wich rly means smth (more time more guilds)

Make it with 3 healers like a normal rated battleground . 2 healers vs 8 dps will make the fight to short .

I could delay this event, but only with 1 week max, due to some reasons:

One of them is that I don't want to make it in september, because there will came again ghost Guilds just for rewards, I don't have anything with them, but I make this event to promote older Guilds and to make them to feel good and appreciated, for others that want only rewards, for that you will have 2v2/3v3 maybe 5v5 tournaments, atm I want to please Guilds more then 1 or 2 teams of 2v2/3v3. Because we have a lot of pvp guilds, but I feel like no one really give them any credits for what they're doing.

About 3 heals, I think that isn't a big issue, with 3 heals will be hard to finish 1 round, 2 heals in front and 1 to keep the flag alive (this is a lazy comp, too confident), isn't the best choie for a GvG in my oppinion, with 2, then it will be harder, 1 on front and 1 at flag, and that will be something provocative.


And the other reason why I can't delay it on september or at the end of August will be the Legion release, we all know that when this will happen we will lose some players for 1-2 months until they get bored on blizz and come back, and I want to make this event before this happen so maybe people will see that we actually trying to keep them here, not to kick them off, because we don't want that.


But before we change that, I need to talk with all Guild Masters/or someone who represent a PvP guild to see if they agree with that.

Even if you delay event this rule "Only players that have at least 2 weeks in the guild can join at this event. " should be applied to everyone since event was announced, not 2 weeks before event is actually played. This way you can catch them off guard and only REAL guilds will participate, i already saw some ghost guilds forming....

Im ok with that , but its a exploite with http://www.wowhead.com/item=76097/master-healing-potion (120k HP per. use) spamming will make the player to use 3 or 4 to heal up . 120k x 3 its instant full HP without healer .

You're both right, I will look for all potions that can be exploited and post them as a restriction.

Not only people from PVP guilds. Contact guild master of all major guilds ingame no matter if they are not pvp guilds, they still might have a group that might enter this event.

I agree with Freak. This is very important :
There should be allowed to join only guilds that were active the day before the event was announced so guilds being formed from 26 July onward should't be able to join.
Regarding the players - only players/characters that were in the guild 1 day prior of the announcement of the event should be able to register - the player should be a member of the guild from 26 July and older.
This would promote stable pvp guilds.

About delaying the event, will see how many guilds will join, if we aren't enough I will delay it with 1 week!

U should add 1 Arena Spectate to spectate those matches cause lot of players from our guilds would like to spectate us.Like u did on malev season
