The achievement is working, at least partially working. All you have to do is to kill lulin first. Apparently, only Lulin is counted as the boss for the achevement, if you do it usually and kill Suen first, no achieve for you.

Bug description: if you can't open the chest you don't get the achiv. You can't open the chest in combat, if you kill the boss is all for nothing becaus you ar stil in combat.
Proof: http://imgur.com/a/F24pN you will see 3 pers in the screenshot can someone give the achiv to the other 2 for defeating the boss
and there ar 2 and not 1 that is another bug...

You need a mage, who should use invisibilty and loot the chest. GL

you shoud be able to do a achivement or take some items with any class... not only if the can go invizible. This is 60% blizz?

as far as raids and dungeons go, pandaria has the most content working. PVE Achievements are broken all across the board, in all patches.

- Terrace of Endless Spring (Protectors)
- Terrace of Endless Spring Guild Run (Protectors)
- The Twilight Destroyer (25 player) / The Twilight Destroyer (10 player)
- Ordos (requires players to have legendary cloak to receive achievement)
- Ordos Guild Run (same as above)
- Throne of Thunder Guild Run (Twin Consorts issues)
- Heroic: Lord Rhyolith
- Firelands Guild Run (Lord Rhyolith)

PET BATTLES:
- Pro Pet Mob reward (if you already have the achieve ask a gamemaster to give you the reward)
- The Longest Day (if you already have all quests done and not triggered complete another quest from the list again)

GUILD PROFESSIONS:
- Mighty Miners (wasn't completing when counter reached max)
- Bushels and Bushels (same as above)

OTHER:
- Legend of the Brewfathers
