[DUPLICATE] [Multiple] Expertise

Bug description: Not working as intended. You don't need the regular 7.5% expertise cap in order to not dodge when attacking bosses/mobs/ w/e (from behind).

Proof:

Hunter + pet @ Dark Shamans w/ 3.65% expertise

Spoiler:

Hunter never gets dodged, neither on auto attack nor on abilities, while the pet gets dodged on both.

Dk @ lvl 93 PVE Dummy in Shrine

Spoiler:

3.48% expertise + 6.93% hit


0% expertise + hit cap

Dk (and probably other melees) seems to get no dodge on specials, but does so on white hits. HOWEVER, howling blast seems to be working ok seeing as it misses for hit + expertise (since it's considered a spell, and spells cannot be dodged)

Not sure if hunter abilities are treated differently than melees' but something is definitely off with expertise.

Yes, it describes the same issue. That post was from February, now it's September.
The Gm I've spoke to was almost sure expertise works fine, this post serves to prove it's still bugged.
