Can confirm, you can stack over 2 on boss/dummy/people by having more than 1 warlock in your group.

In case of a player vs a npc Curse of Elements stacks with Aura of Elements but it is a visual bug because I've test it and it does not increase damage taken for the target more than 5%.

This. Multiple warlocks can put more curses but they do not increase the damage because its all the same type of debuff (5% increased magic damage). Same goes for the 2 different types of hunter pets that can apply that debuff.

It's visual only, there has been a post when it used to stack and it has been fixed. Duplicate. @Daeron @Erudax

Even if there are multiple curses that increase magic damage taken, they do not stack.
