Bug description: how can a bm hunter with 78000 ap and mastery 60 % can't get past 120k (normal hit) with kill command and 220-230k crit max. yesterday it was ok

Tooltips are made to show the damage that the spell does with your current stats. The damage shown in the tooltip is the damage that you can do on a 0 resilience and 0 armor target. As far as i can see, your kill command was used on a PvE dummy. ( And that one has an high armor amount, that's why your Kill Command's damage was reduced that much. )

always the dummy had armor and i never did so little damage. if it's like a boss,is it ok that a 565 ilvl bm hunter with 60% mastery is doing that little damage on a boss? nevermind that tooltip

really? look at this 75k with kill command over and over again.

this is going on for 2 days. i played daily on this hunter and this was not happening. what about a 530 ilvl hunter? 30 k with kill command on dummy? are u serious?

Do proper calculations next time, don't post things like "I'm not dealing enough damage" without the maths.
