should be proc from monks and discipline priest as well.. but i hit a dummy for 5mins and only this procs

on retail both work for disc priest please script is normally cause immersius is one of best in slot for disc priest

When you create topic there is proof section. It must be filled in order to fix the bug. Preferably bring a blue post.

After Purified Bindings of Immerseus was fixed, its procc was disabled for healers unless you autoattack.
Do you have any proof it should procc from healer spells (example: Smite) and not autoattacks? If not, go on ahead and smack that boss a few times if you want the procc.

You didn't get the proof word: Proof means bringing actual link to a page where a guy from blizzard says that "PURIFIED BINDINGS SHOULD PROC FOR DISC PRIEST" ofc not directly but in some way, proof isnt for proving that it doesnt work. Proof is for proving that it should work like this. Also saying "you can test it urself easy.." is an instareject in 99% of the cases so dont use that sentence.

if you make a little search on this item and how it is supposed to work you will see with your own eyes that on mist of pandaria 5.4.8 Siege of orgimmar expansion this item was able to proc from disc priest attacking spells like smite , penance , holy fire (power word : solace with talent) and it was best in slot to all disc healers...

You are reporting the bug, you are supposed to provide the proof not the players who view it. Goddamn.... Microk2 linked you wowhead comments that it does not proc on disc priest, anything to counter from you? Erudax also mentioned that it procs from autoattacks but not spells because thats how its supposed to be, we are waiting for proof that it should proc from spells from you.
