Working Better as a Team - Guild Achievement

I've tried progressing this Guild achieve in several different guilds with different toons. It says some odd number of guilds have done it, but it hasn't progressed at all for me? Does this one work anymore?

In order to do this you need your character to reach HONORED guild reputation BEFORE leveling the profession itself. Once you reach Honored/Revered/Exalted with guild (whatever is required) you can level up your desired profession to 525/600.

This means it is a bug, because that's not how it's meant to be.

It only requires you to have the reputation, if you already have the profession 600 beforehand or not doesn't matter.

I've come to a problem. Yesterday 1/28/17 I maxed blacksmithing. It said my guild achievement had blacksmithing completed. But today, 1/29/17 it is only showing fisihing. ( I maxed fishing today to continue progressing the achievement. ) What should I do?
