Am comparat de pe site cu vote point-1 pet battle epic,dar am primit 1 pet battle rare

There is a difference between the item that teaches a pet and the quality of the pet itself. You cannot get better than rare quality as a pet when you first learn it, epic battle pet was a concept that got scrapped by Blizzard before it made it to live so it didn't actually exist back in MoP but it was still present and hidden in the database so Freakz used it.

So the only to get an epic pet is to donate a little bit of cash i think it's 3$ or less to upgrade you currently summoned pet to epic quality.

That item that you linked is one of the few pet battles that appear with a purple (epic) color in your bag, but is actually rare. Another pet that appears as epic is http://www.wowhead.com/item=8494/parrot-cage-hyacinth-macaw
item quality = epic
pet quality = rare (you can get epic quality pet only by donating)

Or you can buy an epic pet from the AH but you could onlu get the ones which can be caged though.

There are many awesome ones that cant be caged like Xu-Fu OPness
