@liel31314 It's supposed to end at First Arcanist Thalyssra in the lower chamber, down the stairs.
The NPC should be visible to you unless you somehow completed Kel'danath's Legacy already, which is the last quest in this questline (it's happened to me before but with other quests).

I finished other quests before it, and the quest is no more at the NPC http://www.wowhead.com/npc=97140/first-arcanist-thalyssra . Do i really need to make another character for this single quest ? I worked a lot for these achievements http://imgur.com/6mg5GmS and now i am stuck at this quest

Another thing, I cannot open teleporters even I have enough ancient mana.

I am unable to finish 'The Hidden City' Quest because the Objective 'Orathiss slain' cannot be completed as Orathiss does not spawn where the fight is supposed to happen

Blood of My Blood doesn't work anymore, anarys lunastre should spawn after you click on lunastre memorial but it doesn't happen.
